Prosecutors are set to request the case be dismissed, potentially marking the end of a difficult chapter for Solet and opening the door to a fresh start in his career.

Inter Milan president Beppe Marotta has always maintained a firm stance: no signings with unresolved legal uncertainties. That principle delayed any move last summer, but interest in Solet never faded.
