Inter Milan vs Bologna: Supercoppa Semi-Final showdown in Riyadh

Inter Milan face Bologna tonight in Saudi Arabia with a place in the EA Sports FC Supercup final at stake

Today at 8:00 PM CET (10:00 PM Saudi Arabian Time, AST), Inter Milan will take on Bologna at Al-Awwal Park Stadium in Riyadh in the semi-final of the EA Sports FC Supercup 2025/26.

This will be the first-ever meeting between Inter Milan and Bologna in the history of the competition.

Bologna vs Inter Milan: Previous Meetings

Bologna and Inter Milan have faced each other 182 times in all competitions. Inter Milan have won 90 matches, Bologna have claimed 52 victories, while 40 games have ended in a draw.

Inter Milan are the team that have scored the most goals against Bologna in all competitions since the 1929/30 season, with 288 goals.

Looking at recent form across all competitions, Bologna have remained unbeaten in five of their last six matches against Inter Milan (3 wins, 2 draws). 

However, Inter Milan have won 11 of the last 16 official meetings between the two sides (2 draws, 3 defeats).

The two teams have met on neutral ground only once before, in the 1963/64 Serie A title play-off at the Olimpico Stadium in Rome. 

Bologna won 2–0, thanks to an own goal by Facchetti and a strike from Nielsen, securing what remains the most recent of the Rossoblù’s seven league titles.
