After securing Leroy Sané, Galatasaray sets its sights on Inter Milan’s midfielder Hakan Çalhanoglu with a €30M offer

Galatasaray has no intention of taking its foot off the gas. After completing the sensational signing of Leroy Sané, the Turkish club is ready to deliver another major market blow to its fans: an official offer has now been submitted for Hakan Çalhanoglu.

Çalhanoglu open to move, Inter Milan prepares possible replacements

According to Ekol TV via Fcinter1908.it, the Galatasaray management has sent a formal proposal to Inter Milan. 

The deal on the table is worth €30 million (£25.5 million), payable over three years. However, Inter Milan values the midfielder at €40 million (£34 million). 

Although Çalhanoglu remains a key figure in Chivu's squad, the Nerazzurri have not completely ruled out his departure.

The club from Viale della Liberazione has already identified possible replacements should the Turkish international decide to leave Milan. 

The negotiations appear to be on a positive track.

Galatasaray sees Çalhanoglu as the perfect fit to bolster its midfield. 

On the other hand, the player is reportedly open to the move, intrigued by the idea of returning to his homeland. 

The offer for the player is reportedly around €10 million (£8.5 million) net per season.
