Zeki Celik remains focused on AS Roma amid Inter Milan and Juventus interest

Zeki Celik, the 1997-born Turkish defender, is approaching the end of his contract with AS Roma this June, and several top Italian clubs, including Inter Milan, Juventus, and Napoli, have shown strong interest. According to football transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio:

Çelik’s future is still uncertain. The former Lille player will be out of contract at the end of the season, and besides Juventus, Inter Milan and Napoli are closely monitoring him.

AS Roma, meanwhile, is working to reach an agreement to secure one of the most used players of the season.”

Interest from Top clubs, but Çelik stays committed to AS Roma

In recent days, the defender has been heavily linked to Juventus, with reports even suggesting a pre-agreement for the summer. However, Çelik’s agent, Fazil Ozdemir, clarified the situation:

“The rumors that Zeki has reached an agreement with a club are not accurate. He is currently playing for a major club, and it is natural that top teams in Italy and England show interest in a player of his level.”

Despite speculation and a contract nearing its end, Çelik remains fully focused on AS Roma:

“His contract expires at the end of the season; however, he has great respect for the club. At this stage, he is not focusing on contractual or transfer issues.

His full attention and commitment are on supporting AS Roma to achieve their objectives. All other matters will be handled professionally and respectfully at the proper time.”

Inter Milan among potential suitors for Summer move

With Inter Milan, Juventus, and Napoli closely monitoring his situation, the next transfer window could prove decisive for Çelik’s career.

For now, the Turkish right-back’s priority is helping AS Roma finish the season strongly, while remaining calm amid ongoing market speculation.
