The Argentine striker picked up the problem on the Norwegian side’s synthetic pitch and underwent clinical and instrumental tests this morning at the Istituto Humanitas in Rozzano. The official statement confirmed:

Lautaro Martinez underwent clinical and instrumental examinations this morning at the Istituto Humanitas in Rozzano.

The tests revealed a muscle strain to the soleus of his left leg. His condition will be reassessed next week.”

Derby absence confirmed

According to reports gathered by Fcinter1908, Lautaro is expected to be sidelined for at least one month. That timeline rules him out of the upcoming derby against AC Milan, a major blow for Inter Milan given his leadership and attacking output.

The Nerazzurri now face a delicate stretch of the season without their captain, hoping the recovery process runs smoothly and without setbacks.
