The very latest news from Appiano Gentile ahead of the derby scheduled for tomorrow evening at 20:45 CET. 

As the match between Inter Milan and Milan approaches, Cristian Chivu still has several doubts to resolve regarding his starting eleven.

Decisions in defense and midfield still open for Chivu

Starting with the defense: either Acerbi or Bisseck in the center — this is the key question according to Sky Sport via Fcinter1908. 

We reiterate that Denzel Dumfries will not be available, having never trained with the group this week. In addition to him, Darmian and Mkhitaryan also remain out.

The other doubt lies in midfield: Sucic is favored over Zielinski, while the other two spots belong to Barella and Calhanoglu. 

On the left will be Dimarco, and on the right Carlos Augusto is ready to step in for Dumfries. 

Sky Sport also reports that in attack the Thu-La (Thuram and Lautaro) partnership is ready to return, though Bonny should not be forgotten, as he is in great form and stayed at Appiano during the break.
