Chivu’s big choice for Roma-Inter Milan: Lautaro or Esposito

Inter Milan coach is evaluating his attacking options as injuries and form spark a selection dilemma ahead of the Olimpico showdown

Inter Milan are preparing for one of their toughest tests of the season — the trip to Rome on Saturday night at 20:45 CEST — and coach Cristian Chivu has more than one tempting decision to make in attack.

According to Sky Sport via Fcinter1908, the manager is seriously considering his options as several key players return from international duty. “Akanji is back, followed by Bastoni, Zielinski, Sucic, Dumfries, and De Vrij. The others will return tomorrow,” reported the network’s correspondent from Appiano Gentile earlier today.

Among the most anticipated returns is that of Lautaro Martínez, fresh off a brilliant international break capped by a brace.
