Davide Frattesi’s situation at Inter Milan remains uncertain. The midfielder has been unable to establish himself even under Cristian Chivu, following two inconsistent years with Simone Inzaghi. 

According to La Repubblica via Fcinter1908, Frattesi is living a frustrating moment at Inter Milan: little playing time, reduced minutes, and the growing feeling that he is not part of the technical project.

Roma are watching the situation but have not yet made a move, given the competition from Juventus and Napoli, the €40 million (£34 million) price tag set by Inter Milan, and the club’s reluctance to strengthen a direct rival. 

However, if conditions change in January, Roma are ready to make inquiries.

Frattesi wants to play, and Gasperini — who will lose El Aynaoui during the Africa Cup of Nations — is looking for dynamic and ready-made reinforcements, such as Frattesi.
