It hasn’t been an easy time for Davide Frattesi, who has been going through a complicated personal period. 

In his ecstatic joy after scoring the decisive goal against Bayern, there are so many emotions, and his shout is a release after an incredibly intense match.

These are his words at the end of the game in Munich:

"In my life, I've always thought my best quality was my mentality. When I found myself facing this, I was caught off guard; there was a moment when I couldn’t continue on my path as usual. 

I was very close to my grandmother, and I wasn’t used to seeing her like that. It was tough, but I know tonight she had a hand in it, maybe up there she shouted a bit. Sometimes we get a bit crushed, like in the case of Parma, but it’s exhausting to be competitive on three fronts. 

Today we achieved a huge result, now we have important commitments ahead and we need to bring out everything we have. 

The return leg? We’ll try to attack even more, we need to be good at cleaning up the balls we win and attacking, like we did on the second goal. We’ll need to be smart and clinical."
