Inter Milan president Beppe Marotta spoke during the presentation of a new book by Vito Cozzoli, taking the opportunity to reflect on the club’s goals and express his satisfaction with the appointment of Cristian Chivu as head coach.

“Our objectives? They’re the usual ones. Inter Milan’s history tells us we enter competitions to win. 

If others are better — as has happened before — we will tip our hats to them. But aiming for the top is not easy. Not everyone has managed to do so in recent years.”
