On April 11, Inter Milan officially announced the contract extension of Francesco Pio Esposito until 2030.
According to leaked information reported by the media, the young forward’s salary was believed to be 1 million euros (£850.000) per season.

However, the real salary of the striker is different, as recently revealed by Matteo Moretto.
“For Pio Esposito, what I can tell you is that lately there has been a lot of talk about his renewal, that he might extend again.
But he has just renewed until 2030, an important contract, around 1.2 million euros (£1.02 million) net from what I know.
As of today, no new meetings for another extension are planned; the parties are not discussing it,” Moretto said on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel via Fcinter1908.
