Inter Milan must move on after bitter European exit
Davide Frattesi featured in Inter Milan's starting lineup against Bodø/Glimt in the Champions League.
The Nerazzurri midfielder tried repeatedly to break into the opposition box in search of the goal that might have unlocked the match—and perhaps changed the trajectory of his season.
This morning, Frattesi addressed the European exit via an Instagram story, already looking ahead. “It hurts a lot. But we still have big goals to achieve,” wrote the midfielder, accompanying the message with a simple “Forza Inter.”
Chivu urges team to leave European setback behind

Frattesi echoed what Inter Milan coach Cristian Chivu had stressed at full-time: the two matches against Bodø/Glimt must be put in the past immediately. “They were better, and that has to be acknowledged,” he said essentially. “Now we look forward. We’ve built something important. There are 12 games left, and the one against Genoa will be crucial.”
Inter Milan have positioned themselves to fight for the Serie A title, one of those big objectives Frattesi mentioned. There is no time for regrets—every remaining fixture counts.
