Chivu prepares fresh changes as Inter Milan face Como in Serie A

After wins over Pisa and Venezia, Chivu plans further rotation for Inter Milan ahead of their league clash with Como

Cristian Chivu is preparing more changes for the upcoming Serie A match against Como, with the possible Inter Milan starting eleven outlined by La Gazzetta dello Sport via Fcinter1908. 

After victories in Serie A against Pisa and in the Coppa Italia against Venezia, the coach is ready to rotate once again.

Sommer returns, defensive adjustments and the Thuram–Lautaro partnership

Compared to the Coppa Italia fixture, Sommer is set to return in goal. In defence, Akanji and Bastoni are expected to play as wide centre-backs, with Bisseck favoured over Acerbi in the middle.

In midfield, Barella and Calhanoglu are back, with Zielinski currently leading the race for the third spot in the trio. 

On the left, Dimarco returns, while on the right Carlos Augusto is once again the favourite, though Luis Henrique and Diouf remain viable options given that Dumfries and Darmian are still unavailable.

Up front, the return of the Thuram–Lautaro Martinez partnership is anticipated as Inter Milan look to continue their positive run.
