Inter Milan's intentions for Nicola Zalewski’s future: Matteo Moretto speaks out
On Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, transfer market expert Matteo Moretto shared insights into Inter Milan’s plans regarding Nicola Zalewski, currently on loan from Roma.
"Regarding Zalewski, I can give you an initial indication about the chances of him staying at Inter beyond this season.
No final decision has been made yet. He arrived in January on loan for €600,000 (£512.300) with a buy option set around €6–7 million (£5.1-5.9 million).
Before moving to Inter Milan, Zalewski renewed his contract with Roma until 2026. By the end of the season, the club will have to make a decision.

At this point, there is a positive inclination
Inter Milan is leaning toward redeeming him for two main reasons: first, his age — he’s a young player at 23, and the club believes he has room to grow.
Secondly, his skill set offers something different compared to the current players in the squad.
Zalewski still needs to prove himself to earn a permanent stay, but as of now, Inter Milan appears inclined to keep him. We’ll see what the final decision is between May and June."
