Inter Milan, Chivu plans rotations for Union test: Esposito set to start

After the win in Rome, Inter Milan prepare for a second consecutive away game against Union Saint-Gilloise before facing Napoli in Serie A

Inter Milan are already focused on their Champions League clash with Union Saint-Gilloise. 

Cristian Chivu faces a challenging run of three straight away games: after the win at the Stadio Olimpico, the Nerazzurri will fly to Brussels before heading south to meet Conte’s Napoli.

Up front, Chivu must decide who will partner Lautaro Martínez. With Bonny starting against Roma, Francesco Pio Esposito is now the favorite to replace the injured Thuram, according to Sky Sport via Fcinter1908. 

However, there’s also a chance the coach could field both Bonny and Esposito together — a young, energetic duo that impressed in recent matches.

Fresh legs for Brussels: Chivu plans smart rotation

To keep the squad fresh, several changes are expected. Stefan de Vrij could return to the starting XI after sitting out against Roma. 

Sucic is likely to start in midfield, with Frattesi pushing for minutes. On the wings, Carlos Augusto could replace Dimarco from the first whistle.
