Tomorrow's meeting between Simone Inzaghi and Inter Milan will be decisive in determining the coach’s future, with Patrick Vieira and Cristian Chivu among possible alternatives

According to Sky Sport via Fcinter1908.it, no further delays are expected, and the outcome of the face-to-face will clarify whether Inzaghi will continue leading the team or not.

“Tomorrow is crucial,” explained Sky Sport journalist Andrea Paventi. “Much has been said, but this meeting will determine what’s best for both sides.

The club is awaiting Inzaghi’s decision. Should there be a parting of ways, the club will turn to identifying a successor.”

There is great anticipation surrounding tomorrow’s meeting between Simone Inzaghi and Inter Milan.

The club has outlined the ideal profile: a manager in the style of Cesc Fàbregas—someone who emphasizes tactical ideas, leadership skills, and the maturity needed to manage a top club like Inter.

Vieira and Chivu emerge as potential replacements if Inzaghi departs

Among the possible successors are Cristian Chivu, who had a positive spell at Parma and is considered ready for a step up, and Patrick Vieira, who helped Genoa avoid relegation.

Both are seen as fitting the profile of a coach worthy of a chance at a major club like Inter Milan.

However, Inter Milan are still keeping option A on the table—continuing with Inzaghi.

“There may be a desire for redemption, and with a transfer strategy aimed at refreshing an aging squad, the coach’s influence will be key,” added Paventi.

“Luis Henrique, born in 2001, has already joined. If Inter Milan’s transfer market starts with these types of signings, we’re likely to see a rejuvenation.”

He continued: “If Inzaghi stays, the club will follow one direction; with a new coach, the strategy may shift.

Tomorrow is pivotal. With the U.S. tour just a week away, the club needs certainty—not a stopgap or uncertain coach.

I expect Inzaghi to come with clear ideas, and the club wants clarity and openness too. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.”
