Inter Milan defeated Como 2-0 on the final day of the 2024/25 Serie A season, finishing second in the table with 81 points. Goals from Stefan de Vrij and Joaquín Correa sealed the win. 

After a season of ups and downs in the league, the Nerazzurri now focus all their energy on the Champions League final, the last major goal of the season

Kristjan Asllani:

“It was a long season. We had some chances in the league that we didn’t fully take, and those missed points are what we’re lacking now. But we’ve had a great Champions League run and now we need to focus entirely on the final — it’s everyone’s dream. This upcoming week is incredibly important for us.”

Carlos Augusto:

“We prepared well for this match. We had to play a strong game and then hope. There’s some regret, but now we face the most important match of the season. 

We must be ready and go there to win. This disappointment must turn into energy. It’s the biggest trophy and we must go there without sadness and leave happy. We thank the fans — they understood the moment and stayed by our side. We’re grateful to always have their support.”
