In recent days, Denzel Dumfries also spoke about his future, saying he is obviously very happy at Inter Milan, but at the same time not excluding a transfer to the Premier League, should the right opportunity come.
Inter Milan eye Dodo, Vanderson, Molina and Palestra as alternatives

According to Calciomercato.com via Fcinter1908, the club is already considering possible scenarios in case the Dutchman leaves:
"Before the expiration of Dumfries' release clause last July, Inter Milan directors had contact with Giuliano Bertolucci, agent of several players, including the Brazilian Dodo (born in 1998) of Fiorentina and Vanderson (born in 2001) of Monaco.
Argentine Nahuel Molina of Atletico Madrid (born in 1998, formerly at Udinese) and young Italian Marco Palestra (born in 2005, currently on loan from Atalanta to Cagliari) are two other right-backs monitored by Inter Milan to avoid being unprepared in case of separation from Dumfries at the end of the season."
