Inter Milan Coppa Italia 2025-26 path and schedule revealed

Inter Milan enter the Coppa Italia from the Round of 16 in December, with the path to the Rome final on Wednesday May 13 2026 now set

The Serie A League has officially released the draw for the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa 2025/26. The path to the national cup final, scheduled for Wednesday May 13 2026, is now taking shape.

Inter Milan’s journey in the Coppa Italia will begin from the Round of 16, as with all seeded teams in the competition, determined by the final Serie A standings of the 2024/25 season. Bologna, winner of the tournament last season, is the number one seed.

Inter Milan debut in December against Verona or Venezia

Inter Milan will play their single-leg Round of 16 match at home in December 2025. They are positioned in the right-hand side of the bracket, upper half: their opponent will be the winner of Hellas Verona vs Venezia, a match scheduled for Wednesday September 24 at 18:30 (17:30 UK).

The Coppa Italia 2025/26 officially kicks off in August, with the preliminary round and the Round of 32, both single-leg ties played at the home of the lower-seeded side. The Round of 16 is set for December, when the top eight seeds enter the competition. Inter Milan are among them, and will therefore debut in December with a home tie.

Following the Round of 16, the quarter-finals will also be single-leg matches, hosted by the higher seed. The semi-finals will be played over two legs, while the final is scheduled for Wednesday May 13 2026 in a single match.
