More minutes, better performances, but the market door is still ajar

For weeks, speculation has surrounded Davide Frattesi’s future at Inter Milan. Yet, despite persistent rumours, the Nerazzurri have not received the kind of offer they consider decisive to green-light a departure.

The club’s stance remains firm: without a proposal worth €30–35 million or a loan deal with a guaranteed obligation to buy, Frattesi is not expected to leave. So far, that condition has not been met.

Many admirers, no decisive move yet

In recent months, Frattesi has been linked with several clubs, including Galatasaray, Juventus, and Nottingham Forest. However, none of these suitors has taken a concrete step forward to close a deal with Inter Milan.

The situation remains fluid, but time is running, and the transfer window is slowly narrowing its margins.

More Minutes, Better Performances

Speaking on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, journalist Matteo Moretto provided an update on the Italian midfielder’s situation:

“The player is getting more minutes, he’s playing more and playing better. He did well against Lecce, and he also played well against Arsenal.”

Frattesi’s growing involvement suggests that Inter Milan still see him as a useful and increasingly reliable option, especially in a demanding season across multiple competitions.

Late-market scenarios still possible for Frattesi

Moretto also left the door open to last-minute twists:

“We need to stay alert until the very end. I know there are clubs ready to take advantage, possibly with creative formulas in the final days of the market. But I wouldn’t rule out him staying either.”

At the moment, Frattesi’s future at Inter Milan sits in a delicate balance, suspended between renewed trust on the pitch and the unpredictable currents of the transfer market. Whether he stays or leaves may depend less on performance and more on timing.
