Inter Milan join Liverpool and Man City in race for Lens defender Samson Baidoo
Inter Milan are scanning the international market in search of a long-term solution in central defence, with veterans Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij expected to leave at the end of their contracts in June.
The latest name linked with the Nerazzurri is Samson Baidoo, the 2004-born Austrian defender currently at RC Lens.
Premier League giants and Inter Milan enter the race

Powerful, technically gifted and already seasoned beyond his years, the former Red Bull Salzburg centre-back has attracted strong interest across Europe. According to reports in England, Liverpool and Manchester City are monitoring him closely.
Borussia Dortmund are also said to be in the mix, alongside Inter Milan, whose scouts have reportedly been present in the stands to observe him firsthand.
Lens set record price tag
Lens are fully aware of the growing attention around their defensive jewel and are ready to cash in. The asking price is reportedly between €45 million and €55 million (£38–47 million and $49–60 million).
A deal at the higher end of that range would represent the most lucrative sale in Lens’ history.
For Inter Milan, the message is clear: elite potential comes with an elite price.
