Inzaghi without Bastoni and Mkhitaryan, but Zielinski and Dumfries return. Arnautovic set to start up front.

A new league commitment is just around the corner for Inter Milan. The Nerazzurri will play at home against Roma, led by former coach Claudio Ranieri.

The match is scheduled for today at 15:00 CEST, moved to avoid overlapping with Pope Francis’ funeral.

Inzaghi will have to cope without the suspended Bastoni and Mkhitaryan, as well as the injured Thuram.

However, there’s good news: Zielinski and Dumfries are fit to return.
According to Fcinter1908.it, decisions on the replacements for the suspended players have already been made.

Carlos Augusto will complete the defensive trio alongside Acerbi and Pavard, while Frattesi will play as the right central midfielder, with Barella shifted to the left.

The main uncertainty remains in attack, where three players are competing for one spot next to captain Lautaro Martinez.

Currently, Marko Arnautovic is favored to start.

Here is Inter Milan’s probable lineup for the match against Roma:

Inter Milan (3-5-2):
Sommer; Pavard, Acerbi, Carlos Augusto; Darmian, Frattesi, Calhanoglu, Barella, Dimarco; Lautaro, Arnautovic.
